Why hasn't this been brought up more often?
It was said early in the Sandy Hook murders that numbnuts" AR was found in the trunk of his car ,,,not in the school as thought and pushed by the MSM>>So why aren;t thehttp://www.ijreview.com/2013/01/30208-n ... -shooting/ NRA and others making the point clearer that an "assault weapon" was never used?? Saving it for a rainy day?? Ammo for a future arguement?

Reporters don't have to be "correct" these days. There are so many lies floating around in the MSM all of the time that it's impossible for anyone to keep them straight, and they certainly aren't going to police themselves.

Well said allingeneral. Remember the days when you could actually trust the media...well sort of....for the most part....na me either.

Good question. It was first reported he used two handguns and later reported it was the AR15. The medical examiner reported it was the AR15. Lot of confusing info about the whole affair.

Plus 30-round mags are already illegal in Connecticut.
Re: Why hasn't this been brought up more often?
The day after Sandy Hook the *Washington Post* reported that the AR was in the trunk & two hand guns were used. The next day - the same paper & writer reported the exact opposite. However, there was no mention of any incorrect reporting the previous day.
I rarely put on my tin-foil hat, but the whole affair stinks like yesterday's diapers.

i believe it was a shotgun taken from the trunk. My question is about the guy found in cammies taken from the nearby woods. That was quickly hushed and never explained.

The grassy knoll scenario all over again? Theories will abound for sure;;

FYI the M.E. there is a real piece of work
When it became apparent that he could not get his salary increased, he resigned then hired himself back in as a contractor like many of his own assistants, cause under that scenario he could make more money
When informed that was illegal, he rescinded his resignation

Since they had laws against assault weapons in CT, as well as laws against 'high-capacity' magazines, clearly this shooting did not actually happen.
