Hey,
reaching out to you guys for a hand. I am looking to buy a Berreta 92FS INOX but up here in NoVa the usual stores i frequent don't seem to have it and they all seem to order from Davidson's which has it listed on backorder with no date. I am willing to travel pretty much anywhere in Va to find one new -I'd prefer it sooner rather than an unknown later in case a 15 rd magazine ban happens.
Anyone seen them around in their regular travels or know a store who has one on the shelf?
Anyone know of stores that stock a Berreta 92FS INOX
Re: Anyone know of stores that stock a Berreta 92FS INOX
All I can say is that it is tough to find anything. I had planned to buy myself a handgun this fall, and wanted to get to the range first and test some things. Work and other obligations kept me from getting over there. Now, I'm potentially looking at my last chance to get something that carries more than 10 rounds, and there is nothing anywhere. In fact, I've expanded my possible choices to compensate. Of course, then it is a question of getting more mags. I actually found a PPQ 9mm for a non-gouging price, but then I made the mistake of researching the availability of mags for it, since I knew Walther mags were a bit scarce even when times were "good". There went that PPQ. Can't hesitate I guess.
Anyway, my strategy has been just search for random gun stores with a web presence, that aren't in NY, MA, or CA and see if they have one. That is how I found the PPQ. I think the store showed up on Page 8 of a Google search. I meant to make a "what the heck" trip over to VA Arms tonight, but I got held up at the office and it took 2 hours just to get home, so I nixed the side trip to Manassas.

I havent seen one anywhere for a couple of years. Many gun shops have stopped selling Berreta pistols altogether. My favorite dealer used to stock Berreta's but said they just stopped selling.

I could have sworn I saw one at NOVA Arms Company when I was just there. But I cant recall if it was used on consignment, or new and part of their regular stock.
You can always ask to have one shipped in.

I would try Silver Eagle for the heck of it cause they were getting a lot of mag restricted stuff in ( stolen from WAIT STATES lol ) and they did have my carry there a 92FS in 10 mag restricted so they may have the connection, also, check that weird little newer place I love just east of warrenton where i got my SCAR 17, they had a sale on 92FS awhile back, they also had both the single and semi versions of the Barrett 50 cal so they def had a wide range of stock until the panic buying hit.
I cant rem their name, tactical something I think, between warrenton and gainesville

I was in Firearms Emporium yesterday and pretty sure the Beretta in the case was a 92FS INOX. I remember thinking that is kinda pretty for a Beretta
They recently moved locations and I'm guessing this is still their number.... 540-563-0827 They are now located on Orange Ave/460 on the east side of Roanoke city near the Roanoke County & Boetetourt area.
Sorry I don't recall the price.
