ALERT - .380 FMJ and HP Sighted on line

Post by zephyp »

I stumbled across .380 ammo at ammo to go. Looks like they've got FMJ and JHP.

I was on their site around midnight last night looking for .45 and I always check for .380 as I know many others use it.

They had several varieties displayed.

My apologies for getting anyone's hopes up.

Hi,
This is my first time on a gun forum so let me know if I'm doing something wrong.
Just wanted to get the word out that I have 4 boxes (50 rounds each) of CCI Blazer 380 ACP TMJ Aluminum casing for sale. I will ship to VA, $10.00. Price for all 200 rounds = $150.00. Purchased 1 month ago, these have been stored in a safe, humidity and climate controlled.
Payment: Cashiers Check or personal check (5 days to clear) and I'll ship USPS.

Let me know, thanks.

To append and clarify my own post, the ammo is $150 + $10 for shipping to VA so that's $160 total you would need to remit to me. I have pictures I can email, too big to attach here. I'm also posting this on PA's forum so there may be quite a few people looking at the sale. Thanks.

Hi Macleod. Welcome aboard. :welcome:

The only thing I see wrong is that you will need to ship via UPS Ground. USPS will not ship ammunition and if you get caught doing so, you will be up against a federal offense for shipping hazardous items via USPS.

That ammo must be made of gold, it typically goes for less than 1/2 that price. I sold Herohog a box of the exact same stuff for $17.00. With shipping we're talking $40.00 a box. There's a difference between profit and price gouging. Those prices are gunbroker.com prices.

Hi Macleod - you might want to post your ammo for sale in this thread - http://vagunforum.net/firearms-accy-for-sale/

It will get a little more visibility than in this one. Also, please feel free to post a note in the http://vagunforum.net/new-members/ topic so we can give you a nice welcome.

Good luck on your sale.

Hi all.

Thanks for all the reply's and great info!!! I never shipped ammo b4 so many thanks to the person setting me straight on USPS vs UPS!!! Also thanks for the link to post it elsewhere. Fortunatly, a family friend contacted me last night ans offered a little less to take it off my hands so it's sold and we're both happy. However, I'll hang around in the forum once in a while to see what's up! Happy Shooting!! BTW, I have a Ruger LCP with Crimson, shoots great, carry's easy, that's why I was on here in the first place, cya!

I was online and saw it too - went to post and saw you'd already posted. Probably a good thing I saw your post otherwise I'd start to wonder if I was just seeing things...

Glad you saw it too. Next time (if there is one) I'll order a bunch before they get away. And I know they had it because ammo to go only posts something if they actually have it in stock.
