This range if you have a hunting license is free, if not you can go to the DGIF website and get a usage permit for four dollars. It has a 100 yd. rifle range with target stands you can move up and down range. Any caliber accept 50 cal centerfire is allowed. They also have a shotgun range set at ( I'm not sure if yardage is right ) 5 yd. and 15 yd. also, since the ban on handguns in VA State Parks has been repealed, I think you can use handguns on shotgun range now as well. The range always seems to have an open lane, and all you need to bring is clothes pins and targets. Good shooting and GOD bless!
