What was that like?
Well, at first I just stayed to the back, and watched, and you could see who wielded the power in the room, and how they manipulated the masses to vote "their" way. There were factions within the group of "moderate" GOP, and "Far Right" GOP. By the end of most meetings, it was amicable, but usually had the power play done by someone with pull.

What did you do?
Me? I just took notice of who was a freedom loving conservative that didn't give a damn about power, or political party, but truly voted for what's best in the county/state/country. Alined myself with those folks. Some of the folks that I alined with are in power positions now... But I'm not gonna be "that guy" who calls names to be braggin.

What did they do?
They kicked me out "unofficially". I never got notices of meetings, or my GOP renewal. Finally got tired of fightin' it. Went to the Tea Party side, and never looked back.

Just wondering why they want bodies so bad?
Why? Because they're LOSING THE REGULAR CONSERVATIVES! When I told about writing to President Bush about the PATRIOT Act being too far reaching, and an intrusion into the personal rights of citizens, and quote Ben Franklin's "Sacrificing for ..." line. I was chided, and called a liberal. Yeeeeeeaaahhhh, nooooo.

The GOP doesn't hold my heart. I ain't a f'cking cheerleader of any of the top guys. But... that being said, most of my views match with them (80% according to a survey), where as the Dems really don't have anything to offer me. (23% of my views match theirs).

Listen Kreutz, maybe that group is different than my group. Maybe they're more apt to listen, I dunno. Just go to a couple meetings, and observe.

The Republicans should have found a bigger demographic than the Dems freeloaders and kiss their ass and give them stuff too! Worked for numbnuts Obama and loser Kaine.... Disgusting that these two tools are anywwhere near Washington DC. Not to mention the Repubs needed to grow a pair and keep saying what needs to be said and throw the PC out once and for all. Their latest talk about how to pander to the non producing wastes of this country is enough to make someone look to another party or better yet a completely non associated group that actually gets what this nation was founded on and needs to return too>
