My name is KJ and I've recently won the first .22 Caliber 1911 pistol, Suppressor and NFA Trust Giveaway!
Thanks to the good folks from Arsenal Attorneys (Mr. Matthew Bergstrom, Esq.),
Sterling Arsenal (Mr. Luis Rose), and VA Gun Owner's Forum (Rick), I am being given a wonderful opportunity to
own my very first NFA title 2 item.
I thought about posting two separate reviews for Sterling Arsenal and Arsenal Gun Trust, but since Mr. Bergstrom and
Mr. Rose work together closely, to help people acquire NFA items as painlessly as possible, I've decided to combine them into one.
Not long after I was announced the winner and contacted by Rick, I received a call from Mr. Bergstrom.
Although I did not have the chance to meet him in person (he was at the Chantilly Gun Show, but I wasn't able to make it),
I could to tell that he was a very enthusiastic and pleasant person to work with.
First, he will send you a short questionnaire form for you to fill out.
Based on your answers, he will create five different documents for you:
1. The detailed guide that explains all the steps and processes (about 20 pages)
2. Declaration of Trust (mine was about 15 pages)
3. Certification of Trust
4. First Amendment to the Trust (if there are any)
5. Assignment sheet for the Trust
All I had to do upon receiving these documents was to go to a public notary (I went to my bank) and execute these documents
with a witness.
Mr. Bergstrom responded to my questions with detail answers and insights, and made the whole process seem like a walk in the park!

I've always believed that the process of obtaining NFA items is a complicated hassle, but I was wrong.
With the creation of a trust, I did not have to go through my CLEO, provide any fingerprints, nor take mugshot photos.
Upon getting the Trust documents ready, I went over to Sterling Arsenal.
They've relocated their shop to the current location not too long ago (I have never been to the old place though).
The shop is very nicely set-up and organized.
All the staff that I've talked to was super friendly and helpful!

They truly take their time to respond and explain things in detail if you have any questions or concerns.
I was helped by JD (again, very friendly!) with the transfer of the .22LR 1911 pistol.
The VA State Police delayed me with the background check, but I was approved in about 30 minutes.
Then, Mr. Luis Rose helped me with the other prize, the suppressor.
He will (with your Trust documents) process the necessary ATF Forms and send it in for you!
I did not have to do a single thing here, except verify that all the information that I've given him was correct.
I want to mention that while I was waiting for the background check to clear, this one gentleman
picked up an amazing looking customized Remington 700. He seemed very satisfied with the finished product!

Their workshop is within the shop, and they do all their work here I believe.
All I can say is that Arsenal Attorney and Sterling Arsenal are awesome.

I'm not just saying this because I won the giveaway - the professionalism and enthusiasm I've witnessed speak for themselves.
I will definitely be returning to them for more business in the future, and will be recommending their services to all my friends and family.
I strongly encourage you to check them out too!

I'll post another review as soon as I get my hands on the suppressor (not for another 6 months it looks like!).
