UN Finalizes Arms Treaty - Global Gun Grab?

If this is signed, it will become rule of law in the United States and cannot be undone unless all 153 nations agree to let us out. It requires 67 votes in the senate to ratify, let's hope an executive order isn't declared for the greater good.
