I have a 72A and its nice, but it has trouble exacting. It'll run shorts but not LRs the extractor is to chipped to run them.rromeo wrote:I love my Winchester 72a. Definitely the best $100 I've spent on a gun.
Mine runs through LRs and longs no problem, but shorts sometimes have a feed issue.Jakeiscrazy wrote:I have a 72A and its nice, but it has trouble exacting. Finally found the part and replaced it! Extracts very positively now and is a joy to shoot. Just keep shooting and shooting until you reach down and realize your out of ammo(that's a long time with this gun)! There is something to be said about not having to long a magazine.rromeo wrote:Mine runs through LRs and longs no problem, but shorts sometimes have a feed issue.Jakeiscrazy wrote:I have a 72A and its nice, but it has trouble exacting.
