Federal Judge overturns "good and substantial" in Maryland

Contact your Federal or State Representative and Delegates. Send them an email and let them know that you want them to fight for your Second Amendment Rights.

Judge Legg ruled "good and substantial" need for concealed carry permits unconstitutional. One more nail in the coffin for stupid gun laws.

Maryland AG filed a stay in this case, so Maryland is not out of the woods.

Filed and got are two different things. They have to ask the judge who just laid the smack down on them to stay what he just ruled. If that doesn't work, they have to appeal to the next level up, and there's no guarentee that they'll get a stay there, either.
