S&W is slated to introduce a new M&P gun(s) on April 12, 2012. Hype video below:



My guess is a single stack, subcompact 9mm called the Shield.

O yeah I'm betting on that single stack. One glock is gonna have to keep up and release a single stack.

I have to say that I like it but yeah the name sucks reminds me of that crappy tv show lol.

It could have been lots worse. S&W also carries Walther imports including the Police Pistol Small (PPS). They could have called this new M&P the Pistol of Safety (POS).
