Can my wife carry my handgun using her CHP?

I know that this question may be silly but i have a doubt in my interpretation.

Can my wife carry and use my handgun in VA, she has a CHP???

I understand that semi auto handguns are not registered in VA but my gun was transferred to me under my credentials and background check, etc etc.

For example, she has to travel and i stay at the house, can she take with her my handgun??? She has a CHP.

What i understand is that she can use any handgun from anyone if she is authorized by the owner of the handgun.

She can carry her gun, your gun, a neighbor's gun....she can carry a gun she bought 20 minutes ago from some guy in a parking lot. It doesn't matter.

She can carry one gun, 2 guns, 10 guns...revolver, semi-auto...both...etc.
