thought I'd give this a bump to ask the question I know everybody is wondering...
If one was to donate a 2nd time...would that give a "next level" badge? or just an added "atta boy"?

I usually try to make sure that badges match the collective yearly contribution. Unfortunately, I don't have the badges set up on a yearly renewal or anything, so once you have a badge, it will stay with you forever. I don't have a way to track when a contribution was posted or email you when a year has expired. It's all pretty rudimentary - I should put a better process in place...
