Glock Grip Reduction in Va?

I'm looking for some one in Va that does the grip reductions? I met a guy from Va at a Gun show in Fayetteville, NC earlier this year, lost his info in the move Any ideas?

Have you considered doing this yourself? I did my G20 a few years ago and it turned out quite nicely. There are pictures if you look under my posts. Every once in a while I consider selling it then change my mind.

I don't know where in Virginia you are, but if you are in Northern Virginia Hatfield's Gunsmithing does it.

I am considering doing it myself for sure. I appreciate all the feedback! The biggest area I need to reduce is up around the tang (beavertail) width wise. I've been looking all over the net and its between this or going back to a S&W MP... I really want to stay Glock, but the hump needs to be gone, reduce width up top some where it goes into the web of my thumb/index finger to improve trigger reach and be able to get my thumb around the rear better to reduce pounding my thumb joint so badly with the .40. Thanks again!

VERY little material can be removed around the trigger housing pin area, backstrap hump can be removed without ever going through the plastic into the backstrap channel but you want to fill it anyway for strength. Why no love for the M&P?

I did like the M&P, but to me the ultimate for ease of take down, and ease of working on, the Glock is king. I was looking a TON online and researching as well, the best example I can find is sams custom gun works, as far as reducing the width up under the beaver tail and up top on the sides where your thumb would ride. I know very little will be able to removed, but it won't take much off of both sides to have a pretty significant feeling in reduction I believe. I'm going to measure a M&P and my glock with my calipers and see what the actual difference is. I may just have to go back to M&P and part ways with the Glock because the trigger reach is shorter on the M&P and fit me better when comparing both as stock... Just trying to decide best route to go with.

Just remember when you cut your glock you can't go back. I still wonder now and then if I should have just sold my g20 and went with something else that fit my hand in stock form. It irks me that its not stock but it makes sense to make what is essentially a tool work for you.
