first time CHP in Virginia Beach

Just got it today... geees the city of Virginia Beach doesn't let any grass grow under it's feet.

I applied for it on the 11/15 and got it today 12/6 .. dang that's fast

Lucky guy... Mine took 45 days to the day,, Still not as bad as some and no finger prints is a plus
