Re: Izaac Walton in Manassas?
I have monitored the website for the Izaac Walton league in Brentsville (Manassas) for a couple of years now. So what is up with the following announcement that has been on their site since I first started to monitor it a couple of years back? Important! The Outdoor Range is in a Cease Fire status ...

Re: Clark Brothers
So whats the rule at CB now where you have to use their ammo and there aint no ammo ? I always take any ammo with me that I intend on shooting. If they have the ammo I buy some from them. If they don't have the particular ammo I just tell them they don't have any and ask if they would be any proble...

Re: Now its in the open for Warner
This is a letter received from Warner in response to a VCDL form letter I forwarded to him. Guess who will not be getting my vote in the future. Dear Mr. xxxxxxxx, Thank you for contacting me to share your thoughts on the tragic events in Newtown, Connecticut and your views on gun control. On Decemb...

Re: Army training in Miami, w/ MG fire?
To add a little fuel to the fire. I have lived within ear shot of Quantico marine corps base for about 8 years now. It is not unusual to hear the sound of heavy artillery practice being performed on a routine basis. Its actually kind of cool. But what I find unusual is the fact that within the last ...

Re: Gun range bans police after city considers gun ban
The city council voted 10-3 for the ban, despite heavy turnout against said ban, and it is "unfortunate" that the gun club took such a "polarizing" stance. Good that the gun club is outside city jurisdiction. [ Post made via Mobile Device ] http://vagunforum.net/images/mobile.pn...

M1A4ME » Thu, 24 Jan 2013 05:43:17 sometimes cheap works great. I got one of those cheap Frankford Arsenal case cleaners from Midway 2 or 3 years ago. It has cleaned thousands of cases for me. Sounds like a good plan to me. I have purchased a number of Frankford Arsenal products and have always be ...

Yeah, Doyle! Their ammo is excellent. I fired another 100 rounds since I wrote the review above... seriously good stuff. Possibly the most accurate handgun load I've fired in any caliber.
Enjoy my friend.

I vote for a Lee Classic Turret Press. They are pretty cheap with the press running about $120. Can get set up with about everything you need for about 150-200 dollars. Give or Take.

Good information Rualert. I have used various Kitty litter in the past. The thing to be careful is to stay away from anything with clay in it. You can find litter that is 100% corn cob so I have used that and finished up with uncooked white rice to remove dust and give a nice final finish. Does a re...

I guess you can go through a certified Dura Coat applicator but I recommend the following if you are at all handy. Re: Homemade/DIY Leather Holsters
Considering the irregularly small size of the H&R Premier revolver, finding a suitable holster is pretty much out of the question. So, I ask the following: Has anyone here made their own leather holster? If not, have you seen someone else who has? If so, tell me about your experience. I am an a...
