Look into the jacket slot mount for the Serpa Holster. Fairly sure alot of other brands carry something similar. Drops the holster about 1.5" from belt and provides a slot for the jacket to drop into. You'll find them in most LEO shops. http://www.blackhawk.com/product/Jacket-Slot-Duty-Belt-Loo...
