I need to find an FFL dealer in the Alexandria area to do a transfer. The only shop that listed the fee was The Trophy Room at $40. Can anybody make a recommendation?

I have a non-drivers lic ID issued from the VA DMV, and have read the Virginia Firearms Transaction Program as it pertains to the primary identification.
