Re: Stinger Missles-Where do we draw the line?
Clearly such weapons are not intended for hunting, nor are they appropriate for use in home or self defense. " The Second Amendment is not about the right to shoot deer. This is what the lefties are using to convince the sheeple on why its not right for folks to own "military" style ...

In the end the FTF was more about what response I would get.wylde007 wrote:You're in VA. He's in NC.
Call me crazy, but wouldn't a F2F purchase without an FFL transfer be illegal anyway?
Technically?

Caught a Scammer in the Act!!
I hate posting other forums but in this case I'll make an exception. I started this one trying to inform others not to deal with a certain individual but was too late and someone got scammed. If you or anyone else has been affected by this individual please read than pass along the info to your frie...

Re: Hunting on MCB Quantico
Please be cognizant that during the firearms seaon you are only allowed to use a shotgun and slugs. Shotgun must have a plug to limit the amount of rounds to three. As far as i can remember, you cannot use a muzzleloader during muzzle loading season, only during firearms. Quantico follows all regs a...

Re: Nighthawk Custom Dominator
Nice range report. Glad to hear the Daly did a good job. I always found it funny that 1911s can be very finicky about ammo. Haven't found one yet that didn't have a problem with any type of blunt nosed/ hollow point ammo.

Re: 1911 Recommendations
Do you 1911 owners feel comfortable field stripping it at the range? Sure, its not that difficult. This pistol was made for combat and built to military specifications, including ease of cleaning in a combat environment. Field stripping a 1911 is no different than field stripping a Glock, just take...

I need to shop where you shop. Never seen one of these for less than $650 new. Used yes but that's because someone is hurting for money. These manufacturers push just under to just over a grand for their products.

Joe,
If you get a stamp, might as well get a stamp for an SBR lower.

I had a USP 40 and I couldn;t hit the broad side of a barn! I didn't like the trigger creep or how much you had to let off for a follow up shot. I stick to my 1911 now-a-days. Heard nothing but great things from an XD.

Yeah I dont plan on fighting what happened, I should have explained better. I was speeding, but I was wondering more the protocol of pleading guilty but having mitigating circumstances such as work pressure to be there ASAP or the certain curve of a road causing the car to increase speed on the way...

Rang e 82 is in Midland, VA. For the price, I would look into Quantico. Membership is based on your rank, the max would be 100 bucks a year. There is a 300 yard kd range, 1000 yard kd range, two outdoor pistol ranges, skeet and trap. They also run competions, as well as training. Go out one day when...

Re: Gunsmith to accurize AR
The armorers at the Precision Weapons School at Quantico are always looking for work. They built match AR15/ M16s, Remington 700, 1911s and tweak the M40 sniper rifle and can turn your 1911 into a MEUSOC. PM your email address and I'll pass it along.
