New concealed carry holster review
I received my new maxtuck holster from White Hat holsters at the end of last week and have been wearing it every day. I have to see it is very comfortable. In case you are not familiar with the Maxtuck it is a hybrid holster kind of like the crossbreed. I got the horse hide because of the hot summer...

Re: Thinking about joining the 1911 club..
Ruger SR1911 is a nice one for the price. I have one and love it. They are just hard to find right now. It has lots of nice features that are on 1911 that cost over $1000. I picked one up for 699 but you can find them for cheaper from what I have heard. Go check it out on their website and there are...

SSG Tactical in Fredericksburg
I would say that it not the biggest place, but they have a good selection of handguns and rifles. I think the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to wait on you in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable. If you get a chance check them out at WWW.SSGtactical.com

Taurus PT709B review/range report
Have to say that I was a little skeptical about this little gun. I have always heard that taurus semi autos have been quirky, some being good and some being really bad. I have to say that I like this little gun. It is very light weight and easy to fit in a IWB holster (Still waiting for my CHP befor...

Question about CHP
How long does it take for the state to process your CHP and is there anyway to look up the status of it? I sent my wife's and my paperwork in about 2 weeks ago and I'm impatiently waiting for it.

Re: Looking for suggestions on a compact concealed carry firearm
Thanks for all the suggestions. Today I walked in to LGS and they had 2 taurus 709 slims in stock, one was marked at 389.99 and one was marked 319.99, both were brand new in the box and the same gun. I asked why the difference in price and after checking and a few min the owner came back and said th...

Question about Concealed carrying in Va
I thinking about getting my concealed carry permit and wanted to know if you are able to carry cocked and locked with one in the chamber. I know this might be a stupid question because like my grandfather always told me "Whats the point of having a gun if it isn't loaded." just want to mak...
