over 18 under 21. can i transport a handgun to the range?
i'm 20 and plan to conceal carry when i turn 21 in the spring. i know it's illegal for me to purchase a handgun at 20, but is it legal for me to posse a hand gun until then? my plan would be for a parent to buy the gun and just give it to me. i wouldn't carry it on me, but i would transport it in it...
