The 529 site is rather mum on that point. But I seem to recall it can be withdrawn at your normal tax rate and I imagine there is a penalty. So, I see DK's point that if you oversave it could end up costing you. If you are correct and you save at all in a 529 then part of the money is no longer you...

I just can get the benefic of time zone change, can so one explain this mystery to me please? I just don't see the point. I don't see the benefic of it? Everything around me rolls the same in regard of timing.

From Sterling, Va got my CHP in 9 days from the time of filed, Filed on Set 28 2010 and got the CHP on Oct 8 2010, permit was approved on Oct 01 2010. Pretty fast very impressed.

So, why don't you call the dealer and ask them? I'm sure they will tell you. I think they ask for a bill, is for address confirmation only, It does not matter what date is on the bill. But I could be wrong again, Good luck.

36 days? nahh approved in 36 hours cause the permit show issue day 10/01/2010 and expired on 09/30/2015 but on mi mail box today.Vahunter wrote:That was quick but my wife got hers in 7 days.
