Thanks Gunderwood. That is kinda what I was thinking. Just looking to shoot the occasional "managment/damage deer" . Not looking for it to be a primary hunting round. Just wondering how they did.

Just curious, How does Hollow point boat tail match bullets act in flesh? Do they expand like you would think a hollow point would?

You simply cant beat the reliability or stopping power compared to an AR...in .223/5.56. Granted a .308 is a great cartridge I'm not completely convinced yet that the AR configur...

I have owned all three.
The kimber shoots the best, Even better than my gold cup.
The springfield was very good for the money. Being the cheaper of the three.
The Colts are the best looking. Colt puts the best finish on a gun of any maker. Lest to my eye.
Over all I think the kimber is the best.

Would you want trash like that showing up to your kids wedding?

I am deciding between a luepold er/t or night force scope.
Any help on a scope/ and mounts?

I would like to shoot a service rifle match. Any coming up east of I-85 any time soon?
