if rights can be taken away from people then they aren't really rights are they? they're privileges that we enjoy at the good graces of government. If they are truly guaranteed rights then there should be no way to "lose" them, for what is stopping us all from having our rights "lost...

I think anyone who is going to carry a gun should at least have a minimum of understanding of what that responsibility represents,, THe current system to me is sufficient but If it goes Constitutional I will support that without any objections.,, Scott .good find ,, I had let that one slip right by...

All in all brother, better safe than sorry. Maybe an ammendment to the poster I would add would be: "No firearms allowed, unless legally concealed! Period" this way the sign only applies to anyone illegally carrying on the premises and other law abiding carriers who conceal legally would ...

After reading that it appears that the intent was to stop Mail Permit applications,,, There is no mention anywhere regarding NON RESIDENT LIcenses as they call them, PA was going through some crazy gun law fights last year and apparently the License to Carry was a victim to gun control that either ...

Agreed ,I have been trying to get the info at the State of PA website and you would think I wanted the combination to the State house safe,,, State Police site is no better,, Attorney General no help...
