not sure it stands if you are now a resident of VA. The PA permit was for a PA resident. If you are now a VA resident, isn't it no longer valid? And welcome! :welcome: I'm not sure if I'm technically a VA resident. I am just here for school. My car, driver's license, etc. are all still tied to PA. ...

So how is it a free state if you just posted a law saying that it is a crime to conceal carry a gun and be under the influence of alcohol?
So after a beer or two with dinner, your right to defend yourself completely goes out the window? Doesn't sound very free to me.

So according to handgunlaw.us, you cannot consume alcohol while carrying. Does this only apply to conceal carry?
