I agree about the slide pull, takes a good stiff tug. I was also suprised at the lack of recoil. How did you like firing it? I personally love mine. Then again, I never could afford the real expensive guns, this taurus is pretty much the best ive ever owned... but its pretty damn nice in my opinion.

damn, sounds like those things were a hot freakin' mess. Im glad we dont have to deal with that annoyance. That thing would get someone killed just trying to maintain it in combat. yeah, the barrel was good.. i dont know what the problem was, but somehow i fixed it..lol, its functioning fine now... Ive heard a couple of horror stories about taurus, thought I was in one!

ok, so, I have a taurus milennium pro subcompact .45, i took it apart to clean it, when reassembling it the slide went back in place fine, but it will not pull fully to the rear and it will not pull forwards to come off again... what the hell did I do?
