I was recently informed by a Moderator (Thanx) that I could not sell reloads without a license. He removed my post before I got myself in trouble (thanx again) which I appreciate. My question would be that if I cannot sell the reloads (500 rounds of 9mm), can they be traded for something I might be ...

Re: Brandishing... a pepper spray?
Yeah I had to pull out my old BTM guide to get the real definition, for "legal" purposes That's what we use for definition. Even if you're using a less than lethal force, it could still be deadly force by that definition. It's why you can't go all willy nilly with pressure points because ...

Re: Giving a felon a gun
I'll leave that answer to someone that is more knowledgeable than I. I will say that if it can be proven that you knew he was a convicted felon you may run the risk of losing what personal armament you own. I am sure someone here will quote you page/paragraph. Good luck with your decision.

I am looking forward to the toxicology reports as to what was in his system at the time. Me thinks maybe more than alcohol, but we shall see.

I clicked on the link at the bottom, if current the intruder was 5ft9 and weighed 155lbs....that doesnt bode well for the homeowner (unless the homeowner is a senior citizen). Methinks at the very least a civil lawsuit is heading the dudes way. Also, aren't warning shots generally frowned upon by p...

Re: Open Carry Rules
If you really think about it, kinda stupid that an 18 year old can own and carry a pistol, but cant buy it. Understandable that many people (even cops) would get confused on the issue. On an unrelated note, I would never have a gun in my car anywhere except on my person (pocket or hip) or in a case...

From what I just read elsewhere, she expected it to be defeated. It was all smoke and mirrors to keep it in the news until the U.N. agreement is finalized. We will see what comes next!

Re: Firearm Unfriendly Businesses in Virginia
I am curious as to the policy of carrying in the various Veterans Clubs in the state. Obviously guns were once not permitted because there was alcohol served on the premises. Now however, I wonder what the policy is since food is served and, if you do not partake of alcohol....guess I'll have to che...

USCG has awarded only 1 MOH posthumously to Douglas Munro for his actions in Guadacanal helping out Marines. Long time ago, but was awarded. Just pointing out a citation error above. Re: Ovomit most disrespectful president in history
Just another thought...if he is impeached, everything he has enacted stands; if he found ineligible...all bets are off. Everyone is afraid Biden would ascend to the presidency but I think the election would be null and void and new elections required. Maybe someone smarter than I can verify this.

Re: How long do reloads last? A long time on the shelf,..
I really appreciate your posting this as I finally got around to replacing some ammo in my ammo box. Ive got a little over 550 rds (125Gr - 3.5 grs Bullseye) of 9mm that I have no further use for that were reloaded in march of 1988 so will be trying to get rid of them shortly.
