I read my rules carefully, HOA just changed them in the middle of the night. Last HOA I ever live in.

Be Wary of HOA as they can (or think they can change rules) in middle of night. My HOA in Haymarket "Dominion Valley" did just that. All guns are now banned except for confines of ones home.

Be Wary. My HOA just banned all Guns from any common areas. Just changed the rules in the middle of the night. If you can live outside a HOA do so. Not worth the risk as moving a a real pain.
