replacing my CHP in virginia

i lost my wallet this weekend and in it was my CHP with fairfax co. anyone know what are the steps to get a replacement and cost? I can't find any info on the VA stat police site.

If you still have your original paperwork take it to the courthouse and show it to them. That may not be required but it's a good idea. Replacement cost is $10.00. I got mine in the mail in less than a week.
Why wouldn't you hold up the targets for me? It's a 9mm.
