Years ago it was suggested that, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." But since all the doctors are now Muslim, I've found that a bacon sandwich works great!

DO NOT get me started on "Little Johnny" jokes!
I grew up on those stories. That and "Silly Sally laughed and laughed" jokes.
Example:
The doctor told her she was going to have twins.
Silly Sally laughed and laughed.
She knew she had only done it once.

It's been years since I have heard a "Silly SallY " joke ! A buddy of mine always had a joke book of some kind he brought when we went camping. Something about a bunch of beer drinking guy's sitting around a fire reading a stupid joke book was great entertainment ! Might as well share one that comes too mind : What does "Silly Sally" put behind her ears to attract men ? ....Her Feet !!!
