Just bought a Benelli Super Nova tactical

Havent had a shotgun for awhile. Was always an 870 fan but the reports of their quality control going downhill worried me. The Benelli just feels right for me. Slick action and simple to disassemble and clean. The ghost ring sights were dead on out of the box. Shoots great. Well designed shotgun...but not pretty.

I think the Benelli is beautiful in the way an A-10 is beautiful. There's a beauty in form following function!

I have the Nova Tactical; dropped in the mercury vial myself. Kinda wish I had waited a couple of weeks, though, as someone was selling a darn near NIB Supernova for cheap... Fun gun to shoot, and those ghost ring sights are awesome. I am going to get the tritium inserts one day.
