Yes, I echo everyone else's comments. We had an awesome time today. The two boys, (Toby and Noah) had a total blast of a time. Toby was so excited to shoot that AR-15, and once again, everyone was so great to let the boys shoot all the different guns!! This group is totally awesome! Thanks guys!

Just want to say that my son and I had an awsome time. I just want to say thanks for the chance to shoot some skeet this was the first time in 25 years and my son's first time at it and the really enjoyed it a lot. Next time I will bring more shells as 2 boxes was not enough for the 2 of us.

Thanks again everyone for a well run fun filled day

I also did not make it to the rifle range but for a few shots. I had more then enough fun letting all the kids shot my pistols and shotguns. working with the young make the whole event a sucess for me. Not sure why but my right shoulder a little stiff this morning.

I had a great time meeting everyone and putting faces to puter names. I also had a great time showing the kid's something about shooting and getting my weapons dirty so that I could clean them this A.M. LOL

I had a great time meeting everyone. My kids had an absolute blast, thanks to all for sharing your firearms with the boys. They especially liked the Taurus Judge that graybeard let them shoot, they both think I should buy one real soon. I was very impressed with the various guns at the shoot. I saw some of the nicest weapons I have ever seen. The long gun side of the range was very impressive, thanks Gunderwood for letting me shoot your incredible rifle. My wife said no as far as a birthday present this year but you can't blame a guy for trying. Sgt Bill, I was amazed at how well you diagnosed my shooting error's, in five minutes I was getting better hits on target, can't wait to do some serious training with you. Oh yeah, thanks for making me hate my Glock. Your Glock was a Cadillac, and mine feels like a Pinto now. Rick, thanks for all your help getting things organized and setting up everything. The safety was very impressive, I did not see a single person sweep the range or do anything unsafe. The kids have all been well trained and showed it. 9MM derringer, your son handled my .327 Federal Magnum like a pro. My fried Kenny stopped by and he was blown away at how nice everyone was and he is now seriously thinking about joining VGOF and trying to make it to Sgt Bill's. Thanks again to everyone for making this such a fun event and I would love to host another in the future.

I had a great time this weekend! I'm really glad I got a chance to meet everyone.

:friends:

And I didn't know Sgt. Bill was having shooting lessons! I'm sure I could have used a few pointers. Looks like I'll just -have- to make it out to the next meet up.

OK - here's the first video. I don;t use the editing software very much so this was my test run before tackling the real thing:

As of this post the quality is not as good as it will be since I just uploaded it. Enjoy! Oh - and watch all the way 'till the end.

OK...
Explain this "Bill Glocks made me mine look like a pinto" ???

I do not Vant to view my Vunder Vepon as a V-pinto...

What do you got on that thing Bill?

I thought all Glocks were created Equal, and that we held these truths to be self evdient, in the pursuit of Feet per second, low MOA, and high capacity...

THIS IS MY GLOCK. THERE ARE MANY LIKE IT...BUT THIS ONE IS MINE...

Glad to see you folks had a great time, and sorry i missed it, but it really makes me look forward to the next S&G....Bills in June!
:lovegunporn:

Bill was kind enough to let me shoot several of his guns and his Glock has a 3.5 lb trigger connector. Mine was stock on my Model 30 .45 and it felt fine until I shot his. Now mine feels like I am trying to do some weight training when I pull the trigger. The difference was night and day. His revolvers had triggers that were very easy to shoot as well. A 3.5 lb connector is on my to do list as soon as possible, no more Pinto!!!!
