No reports of injuries as far as I can tell... just light property damage. Thankfully.

I lived in Japan and California so to me this was a very weak quake (in magnitude) but it is pretty large in scope... felt far and wide across the east coast!

I think I've been hearing/feeling pre-quake buzzes for about the last week. I live in my daughter's basement and several times in the last few days if felt/heard what seemed to be my daughter's home theater bass speakers humming at full volume. I just found out that system hasn't been on for the last week.
These "buzzes" only lasted for a second or two when they occurred.

Fallen chimney at the Tanyard in Louisa. Minor stuff like that.

Fallen light fixtures at Regency Mall in Richmond, no injuries...
Now is the time for all good men to get off their rusty dustys...

That's because our fault is so deep and the crust here is cold, compared to hot and thin in the other two locations.

Pretty good shake. The local news had people on asking them "How did it feel.....". HELLO!!! Anyone watching the local news knows how it felt because they felt it to!

I hear that the earthquake interrupted Obama's golf game.

This now makes earthquakes officially racist.
