What a perfect example of government design and efficiency. It would be funny if it wasn't real. OK, it's both funny and real. And very sad.

The logo has now been corrected on the website. The two smaller gears are no longer in contact, therefore allowing all three gears to turn.
The President is scheduled to speak at 7pm EDT, when he will blame it all on George W. Bush, the Tea Party, the S&P and Rush Limbaugh.
Or something.
