Glock armorers around Richmond?

I've got a friend with a Glock 20 that's been breaking ... uh ... trigger bars I think? I'm not one for digging around inside Glocks, so I wasn't really following his explanation. Apparently he's got a bag of busted parts though, which has led him to throw the pistol to the back of the safe and eschew polymer frame guns. I'd like to help rehabilitate his opinion of poly framed guns, so I offered to look for someone who could diagnose the issue. So I was wondering if there were any free-thinking Glock specialists in the greater Richmond area.
