Republican convention tomorrow!!!! Virginia State Senate District 6
Tomorrow, Saturday, July 9th, is the convention to select the Republican nomination for the 6th State Senate District (Virginia Beach & Norfolk City AND Mathews, Northhampton, Accomack Counties). This is a seat currently held by Democrat Ralph Northam.
The two Republican candidates for this race are Ben Loyaola and Joanne Lapetina:

Both candidates have answered the VCDL Candidate Survey STRONGLY pro-gun.
However, it should be noted that Ben Loyola has been an active member of the Virginia Citizens Defense League since 2006. In 2010 he ran for the U.S. Congress in the 2nd District on an openly pro-gun platform and answered the VCDL Federal Candidate Survey 100%.
Get out and go to the convention tomorrow if you are a pro-gun delegate to the 6th State Senate District Convention.
