MCCW is a viable safe and legal Training program.

MCCW Trains, individually, the proper use of Carry-Concealed Weapons. In Virginia, I need no "certificate" of range-master(ship) as an "individual" class-room, in teachings. I want the best, most least-obtrusive way to train my fellow Virginians and Americans in reciprocating states. Online courses mean that you study on your own without interference of fear from the government. MCCW's course is legally binding, needs no NRA Go-ahead, is exam maintained, and is based on sound carrying techniques that has saved my life and others.

No business asks for money, first; Hence, my listed credentials are freely given first in your training determination. No other business also need express all personal information to do so. Especially in Virginia. The law is simple: You, the gun owner, needs but any proof of proficiency in firearms or "weapons" carry and use. This could be going to the magistrate and showing quick-draw techniques- and no paperwork -should they choose.

The choice is quite simple: Inquire with further questions at phil.mcnichol@yahoo.com or call 540-287-8640. Our payment arrangements is simple, so that we do not want all your personal information. Each exam is given a special copyrighted, individual Number that can be cross-checked by your investigating official. It is based on what works, has worked, and will work. It helps eliminate electronic security needs that cost thousands, saving even more. Do not be misled by the posting of laws, when most counties interpret loosely how they rate you. Most of all, it is safer than any state regulated class. Not all of the state officials want you to know how the police and federal authorities train to survive. But once they know that you trained well to survive with their well-being in mind as well, they are obligated to reach for your rights to ensure them, legally. No other course is as simple and as in-expensive. At 50.00$ per course, you copy, you study at your will, you review when you wish. Minus a record, I personally guarantee acceptance and a further enlightenment of our 2nd Amendment Rights.

Mr MCCW - A lot of what you say seems suspect to me for multiple reasons. I'll just pick a couple of them for now and your post will remain here for others to judge and decide if they want to pay you to provide them with firearms training.
MCCW wrote:Do not be misled by the posting of laws
No one is trying to mislead with the law. It's pretty clear, really. So, here it is:
VA Code 18.2-308(G) wrote:G. The court shall require proof that the applicant has demonstrated competence with a handgun and the applicant may demonstrate such competence by one of the following, but no applicant shall be required to submit to any additional demonstration of competence, nor shall any proof of demonstrated competence expire:

1. Completing any hunter education or hunter safety course approved by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries or a similar agency of another state;

2. Completing any National Rifle Association firearms safety or training course;

3. Completing any firearms safety or training course or class available to the general public offered by a law-enforcement agency, junior college, college, or private or public institution or organization or firearms training school utilizing instructors certified by the National Rifle Association or the Department of Criminal Justice Services;

4. Completing any law-enforcement firearms safety or training course or class offered for security guards, investigators, special deputies, or any division or subdivision of law enforcement or security enforcement;

5. Presenting evidence of equivalent experience with a firearm through participation in organized shooting competition or current military service or proof of an honorable discharge from any branch of the armed services;

6. Obtaining or previously having held a license to carry a firearm in the Commonwealth or a locality thereof, unless such license has been revoked for cause;

7. Completing any firearms training or safety course or class, including an electronic, video, or on-line course, conducted by a state-certified or National Rifle Association-certified firearms instructor;

8. Completing any governmental police agency firearms training course and qualifying to carry a firearm in the course of normal police duties; or

9. Completing any other firearms training which the court deems adequate.
You seem to be indicating that your training meets the criteria for number 9, as you clearly don't meet any of 1 through 8 based on your post, above. Number 9 seems pretty objective to me, in that any judge who doesn't deem your training to be adequate could deny a permit application for that reason.
mccw wrote:I want the best, most least-obtrusive way to train my fellow Virginians and Americans in reciprocating states.
What in the world does "most least-obtrusive" even mean?
mccw wrote:No business asks for money, first; Hence, my listed credentials are freely given first in your training determination.
Why can't you post your credentials or a subset thereof right here for all to see?
MCCW wrote:No other business also need express all personal information to do so.
So, you don't want to know who you're training, or you don't want anyone to know you...which is it?

You say you are a business. Your business is MCCW? What does that stand for? Are you registered with the Virginia State Corporation Commission? Do you have a FEIN? Do you have a website?

This is an individual-trained course, one. And two, needs no NRA or state sponsored accredidation. And it is legally binding as proficiency. If you doubt my legitamcy, seems you can't call the local police and have them call?

This is an advertisement that asked not for your legal representation. Virginia has numerous case-law accounts of proficiency viability, and my relative has pulled up many more that are as legally binding. Just because you paid for a toilet-paper award, does not mean mine is any less viable, legally binding, or court worthy. Nor is my course liable to prove so just for Licensing. Isn't that why we have this forum? Look up case and statutory law about all classes and licensing. You appear to be over-opinonated as it appeared to you at one time. I live in Virginia, not NRA, AND THE LAW IS PROSCRIBED AND ADHERED TO PROPERLY. MCCW's Training Course is just a business that works.

Let me ask you this: What proper signal should you give the arriving police after the use of force?

No Virginia "course" trains you that you should have weapon holstered, have hands up and fingers wide aprt, and follow all police commands. You are playing with a computer to discredit my course, when I care about my services and other peoples lives. It is called a Tentative Hand Signal, Mr. Mason. :clap:

You didn't bother to answer *any* of the questions that I posed to you in my original reply to your original post.

Why would I want to call the police to verify your legitimacy if I can go down the road elsewhere and get a sanctioned course from someone else for the same price or a few dollars more?

I just think that your approach is all wrong - that's all. I have no problem with you wanting to share your knowledge of firearms - but perhaps you should go at it from a different angle - with less words. :roll:

There is a section for that called "Merchant Advertising".

Huh, the licensed and real course I took for my CCW said I was to point my firearm at the officer and scream, "YOUR NEXT PIG". Supposedly this is a fraternal greeting they share amongst themselves and shows I'm "in the know". :roll:

Thank you for clarifying this. And it was FWEE!

THIS ACTION WAS HOWEVER INTENTIONAL AND SINCE THEN THE FUND HAS BEEN IN A SUSPENSE ACCOUNT AT THE CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA APEX BANK.

These are not the droids you're looking for.

Now, if someone can interpret the OP's post and training course, I'll be able to properly make fun of it and discredit it. In the meantime, I didn't understand a damn word of anything he said and anyone that gives him money for his "training" is, well....I'll let you decide.

Even if this is legit, I'm thinking the actual training would be hard to understand as the OP makes ZERO sense in his writing. I can imagine the course materials!

Hello my friend... welcome to the training of the guns of the law! You will be most definitely prepared to the face of danger and courts.
