Virginia Gun Owners Forum - VGOF

Hello All!

New member here from Michigan. Will be an official VA resident on 7/1/2011. Wanted to say hello... I was very involved in the shooting community in Michigan while I lived, worked, and attended law school. I am joining a law firm as an attorney starting in August.

I hope to be just as active/involved in 2A/hunting/shooting issues here as I was in Michigan. Just had to leave our 80 acre farm where I took many deer. Hopefully I can learn a bit about Virginia deer hunting on these boards as well.

Anyway, nice to see a strong 2A/shooting community in VA.

My first question for you all: I will be living in the Lakeridge area of Woodbridge (working in D.C.).

What are the gun shops/shooting ranges you all have the best experience with?

As for shooting ranges, I will probably look into the NRA Range in Fairfax. Any of you have experience at that particular range?
