Virginia Gun Owners Forum - VGOF

Hello,

My name is Sean and I am a 22 year old gun owner living down in Chesapeake, VA. I am a member of the NRA, and can be sometimes be seen at the A&P Shooting Range in Virginia Beach, NRA Range in Fairfax, or the Camp Allen Shooting Range in Norfolk. I also once a year do firearms training for work out at the US Training Center in Moyock, NC. Even though I been shooting a variety of weapons thanks to my dad since the age of 8 I would feel I am an novice shooter when it comes to firearms knowledge. Recently due to training, and purchasing a few pistols, and shotguns I decided I wish to enter into 3-gun, and pistol matches. So I decided to register on these forums as a way to expand my firearms knowledge, find out more about the shooting community in Virginia, other training classes, and find out more information on matches in Virginia.

Currently I have two pistols, and two shotguns: S&W MP 9mm, Glock 17, H&R Pardner Pump, and a Maverick 88.

Looking forward to getting to know you all, and hope to learn alot.

Thanks everyone for a warm welcome! For those of you demanding pictures I have a few bad quality ones due to the camera but I will try to post those later when I get a chance. I been taking my girlfriend to the NRA Range when I visit her so maybe I shall see if she wants to bring her better quality camera, and take some better pictures for me.
