So in addition to being one of the biggest douchebags in DC he's now a freaking pervert! Nice

Big surprise. A politician from NY is a cheat and a liar. In other news....

You forgot to mention that he's a pervert as well, but I see your point.
That too! But again this is NY. My in-laws live there and I am constantly shocked at the amazing scandals that seem to go on as a matter of course there. Quite honestly what Weiner did was rather tame by NY standards. He was immoral, a cad, and a liar, but as far as I know did not break any laws. With the economy in tatters, the world in flames, various alphabet agencies raiding farms and back yard rabbit breeders, our liberties given to us by our Creator being assaulted every day I see Weiner as nothing more than politicians as usual and a distraction from things that matter.

This is one of those great scandals that I will have enjoyed observing.
A guy name Weiner goes to DC acts like a huge liberal d*ckhead and essentially ends his career by tweeting his pecker to a bunch a random women.
I wish this type of stuff was unexpected, but with DC it always seems to be a question of when rather than if.

Did you hear that not only is representative Weiner not going to resign, but he's running for President now! He has chosen his Vice Presidential running mate to be the current Attorney General Eric Holder.
Vote for Weiner/Holder 2012!!!

Scandal-scarred Rep. Anthony Weiner resigned his seat from the U.S. House on Thursday, but his departing speech left the door open for a comeback.
Weiner has faced calls to resign for more than a week, since he came clean after publicly lied about inappropriate communications with women he met online. His resignation speech centered more on his years of service than his sexually-charged online affairs, as the outgoing congressman struck a down-but-not-out tone.
The Mark Foley scandal, which broke in late September 2006, centers on soliciting e-mails and sexually suggestive instant messages sent by Mark Foley, a Republican Congressman from Florida, to teenaged boys who had formerly served as congressional pages. Investigation was closed by the FDLE on September 19, 2008 citing insufficient evidence to pursue criminal charges as both "Congress and Mr. Foley denied us access to critical data,” said FDLE Commissioner Gerald Bailey. The scandal has grown to encompass the response of Republican congressional leaders to previous complaints about Foley's contacts with the pages and inconsistencies in the leaders' public statements.
There are also allegations that a second Republican Congressman, Jim Kolbe, had improper conduct with at least two youths, a 16-year old page and a recently graduated page.
Whenever a sex scandal breaks out and when a democrat is involved it involves a woman or two, with a conservative its men or boys. Why is that?
Excuse me?! Do I look like a lazy-eyed boy-crazed pedophile? Oh, actually, I kind of do. Nevermind! I resign!
It's really not about Republicans and Democrats. It's about the fact that these people are our elected leaders and should hold themselves to a higher standard. It makes me sad every time one of them is caught giving in to sin. Sure, they're human too - but I expect better of them - all of them, regardless of party.
