Great choice!! You will be very happy and that gun will not let you down. Plus, now there are factory extra large capacity mags for the .40 available! If I could only own one handgun, it would either be a 23 or a 19. Enjoy and stay safe.

Be careful with buying Glocks....
They seem to respond to positive feelings towards them and they seem to multiple like rabbits in the safe
First one, then another then the same model in the OD then the same model/different generation!

You have bought a friend for life! They are great guns, very dependable and I have a gl 22c that I've had for years and it's still going strong.
