1MOA 1.047" at 100 yards or 10.047" at 1k yards, which approximates 2.5MOA at 1000 yards, but not meters. Since a yard is 0.9144 meters by definition, the correct approximation would be 25" / 0.9144 = 27.34". Of course since a MOA really isn't an inch at 100 yards you would need to multiply that by 1.047 to get the real dispersion at 1k meters...28.63". All much worse than the average human torso, which means there is a not insignificant probability of missing despite a "perfect" shot; you've got to hit the target or it doesn't matter how big your bullet is.The .50-caliber M107 has a range beyond 2,000 meters, but its 2.5 minutes of angle means the round will impact anywhere within a 25-inch area at 1,000 meters. That is acceptable for a material target, but the average human torso is 22 inches.
