SBR in leesburg?

I'm trying to covert a AR lower to a SBR in leesburg has anyone else done that here? I'm not sure where to go for NFA signoffs and how long will that part of the process take....can anyone help?

From what I hear signoffs will happen in Loudoun. Call the sheriff's office (non-emergency line!) and ask the secretary who in the department handles federal firearms paperwork, and get in touch with them and see how they do it. You may be able to mail it in, they may want to meet you, you'll just have to find out.

The other option is setup a trust, and then there is no CELO signoff.
