New from NoVA

Getting ready to move into NoVA from the PRMD. It'll be good to finally get back in the USA.
I don't have a house picked out yet but I expect to be a permanent resident within the next 2 months. My interests generally lie in the areas of recreational shooting with handguns and shotguns, and CCW laws. Yes, I'm going to look into VCDL next.
I've been on the MDShooters forum for a few years - checked there nearly every day but I didn't post often.

NOVA is a big place when you consider all the traffic and how long it takes to get anywhere. Ranges in the area are Sharpshooter's in Springfield, Fairfax Rod and Gun, NRA, SEG in Ashburn, and Blue Ridge Arsenal out Rt50. There are some IWLs around too.

Welcome!
I recently made a similar move, and must say it is absolutely refreshing to escape the PRMD, and in my case the total lack of customer service of certain Energy companies up there...
