Already own S&W M&P 9mm and enjoy it for full size automatic.

Man I can't believe nobody answered this.
I personally don't own a PPS, But I do own serveral Glocks including a G26. Gor me the Glock is a little bulky/thick for everyday carry. From what I know of the Walther the PPS seems a lot more narrower which should make concealed carry a bit easier. I would attend a Gunshow or even a Gun store and do a side by side comparison of them. I had all intention of making my G26 my everyday carry, But it just dosen't work out for me, I generally carry a PF9 which seems to be the thinnest, smallest and lightest 9mm I've found that works for me. I do have a LC9 on layaway so maybe that might replace the Kel-Tec.

Wow I didn't see this either. I personally recommended shooting both if you can find a shop or range that rents them. At the minimum pick them up at a show or shop, snap the triggers(ask first), rack the slides, check the site pictures and see how you like it. Of course the PPS would most likely be easier but is it worth the the 2-4 round trade off and which one do you think has better egros.

Which ever one feel right buy it. I swore years ago I would never own a ugly glock. Last month I traded my XD45 for a 26 and love it. 3.5 trigger and a new set of ghostring night sights, plus it's light for carrying.

I noticed his Signature line after I posted ~ Looks like He decided on the PPS, Maybe He'll post a range report.

I personally prefer the Glock. I have friends in law enforcement, and they all use Glocks. Seems reliable and easy to shoot. Good luck!

The Glock 26 has more holsters and accessories, more capacity, and can be found for less than the PPS if you look in the right place.

That being said the PPS is very, very slim and very lightweight. If you're dead set on thin-ness or don't mind the single stack, I'd go PPS.

The problem with the Glock 26 is they are very short on the grip. You can get extended mags allowing your pinky to wrap but not comfortable for someone with large hands.

Thank god for my thin asian fingers. I think a lot of men with thicker fingers would have a problem with a G26 grip if they wear a glove size larger than medium. Thankfully for me I have long, narrow fingers and a hand size between medium and large which means the G26 is very comfortable. My pinky finger rests comfortably underneath the mag for a comfortable and controllable grip.

I did get one of the Pearce grip extensions for it and that's even more comfortable, but I can definitely manage with the stock short grip.

On the PPS -- I handled one at a gun store a few weeks ago and couldn't quite get used to how thin it was. Felt a little awkward.

I felt the same way, until I put a Hogue grip on. Now it's PERFECT!

I prefer the Glock, but if you want thinness, get the PPS.
