Does anyone have a recommendation for an engraver in Northern Virginia? I need to engrave my NFA trust info on a receiver for an SBR project. Thanks in advance.

How neat is your hand writing? Every hardware store sell a little engraving gun(kinda like a tattoo gun) that you can use yourself. I kinda get the feeling you want it done professional though.

Program, did you ever find an engraver? I don't know about the MP5, but I know HDPS does them for $45 on the UMP.

Thanks. Yes. I ended up driving both the MP5 and MP5K down to TSC Machine (near Kings Dominion) and had Mike engrave them. Mike did an excellent job -- it was well worth the drive.

Mental Note for when I am ready to engrave my SBR!

Jeff at US Tactical in Oakton is quite slow I think due to his regular job, but does really beautiful work. Probably the best I've seen anywhere.

Do you know if he can thread barrels?

Jeff Walker does great work. He threads all my personal barrels and most of my regular customers.

Don't cut corners when threading a barrel, particularly if you plan on using a suppressor.

I noticed Vern Harrison under his customer pictures. That's plenty of recommendation for me.

Unfortunately, Jeff Walker won't do a 16x1LHM thread. I found the place VA Arms uses (WAR Rifles) but they want $150 and told me 3 weeks.
Doesn't anybody know of any place that can thread a barrel? I might just have to ship it out to Tornado Technologies.

May as well just use the War Rifles place - Tornado will cost about as much and take ten times as long.

Have any of you guys checked with TTI in Ashland, or is Glen Allen? Not sure, but it's one of those.
