The CFO finally conceded to the fact we need a gun safe. I guess all the work I/we did this weekend planting and re-planting and planting and ..... , actually paid off. So she gave me the go ahead and we went to the only two places in town I new had safes at reasonable prices, Dicks Sporting Goods and Tractor Supply. I didnt care much for the selection at Dicks, and TSC had a really nice Cannon on sale for $599, regular $699. Life time warranty, electic plug inside, 24 gun cap, plenty of shelves, etc. Seemed like the best deal, and momma said "ok"

Guess this is my small stimulus contribution to the economy.

Unfortunately, it doesn't often work in reverse! Try getting her a Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Anniversary present and see what happens! lol

Very nice. I need a second safe and with Father's Day coming up, seems like a great opportunity!

I have a Liberty 24 gun safe now but it doesn't quite hold the advertised load. In my mind, more safes = more guns... just hope my wife sees things the same way!

Congrats on the new safe, it's almost a neccesity in this day and age, bolt it to the floor with a few good lag bolts.

Nathan my experance with safes is they never hold as many as they are supposed too, I hate having those guns jammed in so tight. I always put the ones I use most in the front.

The corner shaped gun locker is more full but mostly with misc mil-sups and long guns and yes there just might be  enough milk to keep the babies feed. The better half just calls my meager assortment HER Hawaii Fund  !
