Konus rifle scopes

Does anyone have any experience with Konus rifle scopes, particularly the KonusPro Plus 6x24x50mm version?

I am not familiar with them, but at those prices, you can save a dozen or so dollars more and buy a cheap Leupold. It won't be as high magnification, but I would bet the difference that it's better quality.
