Had to drive to Erie PA to find it though. Holiday traveling today.

Is .45 acp really hard to find around here? I stocked up when I lived in PA last year and haven't had to buy any for a while but now I'm getting low.

Don't feel bad, I drove to Jacksonville FL this weekend for 1 box of .380 JHP's. Actually I was headed here anyway, the ammo was a bonus.

Yea, it actualy seems to be getting better around the hampton roads area. More than a couple places i check often had a bit in stock.

Ammo is hit or miss at walmart these days, but at least it is less expensive there when you do find it.

I hit up the local Wal-mart here in Alexandria at Kingstown a couple days ago for 9mm, .45, or 223 and no luck.

Pretty bad when you can't even find a Federal 550 brick of .22lr. That's the only ammo I'm really needing. .45acp, .223, 6mm and .308 I have good stockpile of reloading components for them.

I'm relatively comfortable with ammo right now, but am remiss to shoot much of it.

I just bought a brick of .22lr couple of weeks ago from the nra-hq range so maybe try there. I think i read that they are instituting a lockdown on selling the whole brick now? Not sure. Could be my fault for buying the brick and there wasn't enough for everyone else who wanted some!

NRA range has ammo but it is 3 times as expensive as at walmart.

Stopped off at DANCE'S Sporting Store in Southpark Mall today looks like they are staring to stock the shelves with 9mm 40 and 45. Kinda pricey though I thought. $20.00 for a box of 40 180 gr. Did pick up a nice Blackhawk CQC belt for a couple of bucks less than on the Blackhawk Web Site.
