Recommendations wanted on gun vise

I'm looking for a gun vise that can be adjusted to fit AR's and AK's. I won't be doing any serious gunsmithing, but I do want something sturdy for general use on a work bench.

Any recommendations?

Wow that's nice! Not to bad of a price either. For now I use a towel and my vise to hold the rifle. I know.........it's redneck, but it works OK.

I guess I am I really am rednecky about it I use a Black and Decker Workmate for those projects. I figure I never needed a vise to clean My M16A1/M16A2/M4, why did I need one to clean my ARs. I will admit though, clamping a magazine in the Workmate and clicking the rifle onto it makes it easy to mount a scope on the ARs upper rail section and level it.

The Tipton isn't bad. It works well for normal rifles, but not so well for larger ones.

The best price I've found online for the Tipton is about $88, but I'm still looking. I've seen other vises that are much cheaper.
