"More on" Bloomberg

Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg’s office released several videos this morning detailing the city’s recent undercover investigation into the ease with which one can buy guns at a gun show in Arizona — even if you tell the seller you probably wouldn’t pass a background check, and even in the wake of the Jan. 9 Tucson shootings.

While private, unlicensed sellers at gun shows are not required to run background checks, it is against the law to sell guns to people that sellers suspect are felons, mentally ill or are otherwise prohibited from buying guns.

In the video above...

I personally think the guy that sold this gun after hearing that the buyer "probably wouldn't pass a background check" should go in front of a judge and spend some time in jail. This is one case where there are already laws in place, they just need to be enforced.

Yeah, well see Rick a politicians job isnt to enforce the laws. Their job is to make new ones. Someone else has to worry about enforcement. So, here we have a case of politicians being faced with a big opportunity to POSTURE STRUT PREEN PUFF THEMSELVES UP BEAT THEIR CHEST all so they can make new laws, do their jobs, and push it in our faces. Just like a kid learning to take a dump on the potty chair. They smile and point to it...lookit what I made.

And then, we are left to live with and clean up the whole stinky mess. But in the end they can sleep at night cause they "did their job" and made a new law.

Edit: Its not important if this seller was wrong or not - IMO he was. Bloomberg the homo twit has no business doing this anywhere much less outside his little kingdom which stops at the NYC line...

I definitely agree with that.

So, if I go to a private sale knowing I can't pass a BC, aren't I also breaking the law?

I would not put it past Bloomberg to have "arranged" those sales by having BOTH seller and buyer on his payroll. These look, not surprisingly, just like the last bunch of garbage vids he stunk the place up with , right down to the same exact dialogue between the parties involved... Choosing AZ to pull this stunt just muliplies the emotional effect of what he wants to project and wise people won;t believe a word of it.

Here is a very good reason for Bloomberg to mind his own damn business .."His" city is circling the drain as far as crime is concerned and yet he chooses to butt heads with the nations gun owners by attempting to deny God Given rights to honest Americans.....

I believe that if it could be determined who this butthole seller is he should have a warrant made out for his arrest and make sure he see's a judge. Even if this was a setup by Bloomberg with both seller and buyer let's see them both take a hit and then charge Bloomberg with conspiracy if possible.

Well, according to the news story quoted above, RAPE is something that Bloomberg ought to be looking at as well. Maybe he should send out the Penis Squad and ensure that no one with a penis enters New York City. This would definitely cut down the rise in crimes of rape. Or maybe he's into that kind of thing...

Here's a picture of King Bloomy and one of his undercover gun show spies. I'm pretty sure I've seen this guy at one of the Hampton shows.

Umm...what're you trying to say?

:hysterical:

Looks like he's not trying this stunt in VA anymore, now that his best buddy is now VA Governor. I'd love to see Jan Brewer take the same position out there that McDonnell and Cuccinelli have over here. "Try it again and you WILL go to jail."

Depends. Not being able to pass the background check is different from being a prohibited person.

Indeed. IMO the undercover agents knowingly committed a punishable offense...a couple as a matter of fact...what I'd like to know is where those pistols they acquired ended up and how they got there...my guess is they ended up back in NYC and did not go through any FFL...

I believe we call that a "FELONY", and that for non-billionaires and their thugs, that carries some quality time with Bubba.

C'mon, Eric Holder, you say you want to enforce the law? Where are you NOW?
